Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ Begins Filming Next Summer, Says Anthony Mackie

Anthony Mackie is set to take on the mantle of Captain America in Brave New World, which releases in theaters on Feb. 14. The actor hasn’t even released his solo adventure yet, and he’s already looking ahead to the next big Avengers team-ups – 2026’s Avengers: Doomsday and 2027’s Avengers: Secret Wars. Doomsday recently got a massive update, with it being revealed that shooting will begin this March. But production on Secret Wars has been a veritable mystery, until now.
