James Gunn recently celebrated a major milestone as the first trailer for Superman amassed an incredible 250 million views across all platforms. This has seen it soaring above all other DC and Warner Bros. trailers as the most-watched in their history, and proven that Gunn’s first movie in charge of the new DCU is going to draw a lot of attention next summer. However, as impressive as the volume is, it cannot hide the fact that, for some reason, DC movies still cannot manage to get the upper hand over the trailers of Marvel Studios.
