Fantastic Four’s Ebon Moss Bachrach Doesn’t Know What The Thing Looks Like

Imagine playing one of Marvel Comics’ most beloved characters and having no clue how they will actually look on the big screen. Well, that’s what’s happening with Ebon Moss-Bachrach, as the actor claims he hasn’t seen the final CGI version of Ben Grmm, a.k.a. the Thing, in Fantastic Four: First Steps. Moss-Bachrach joins Pedro Pascal (Mr. Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby (Sue Storm), and Joseph Quinn (The Human Torch) in bringing Marvel’s first family to life in the MCU. While Moss-Bachrach (who recently won an Emmy for his supporting role in The Bear) has been staring at rocks to prepare for the role, the actor has no clue what kind of rock his character will be, as the final VFX look of the Thing hasn’t been revealed to him yet.
