Maximillian Zaran, born in the United Kingdom, initially served as an agent for the British Secret Service, MI6. However, he eventually opted for a path of mercenary and assassin, honing his skills in martial arts and mastering various weapons. Transitioning into a supervillain, Zaran collaborated with Fah Lo Suee and developed a personal relationship with her. Unfortunately, their connection soured as Fah Lo Suee grew disillusioned with Zaran, deeming him weak and expressing her indifference towards him.
